I want to order something that is out of stock. Can I place a pre-order?
We order a limited number of each of our products. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about a specific item. From time to time, we re-order customer favorites and are happy to add you to a waiting list for when/if the item comes back in stock.
What is my order status?
Orders may take up to 3 business days to process and fulfill. Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive tracking information via email. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information regarding your order.
Can I cancel or update an order that I placed online?
We will do everything possible to accommodate order changes and cancellations, however, we try to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible. Most in stock orders are processed immediately and leave our facility within 2-3 business days. Should your order already be processed, we are unable to stop or make any adjustments. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions or updates related to an existing order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Due to rising freight costs, we are unable to offer free shipping. However, if you are local to our Raleigh, North Carolina location, you may enter the code “PICKUP” to waive shipping fees. If you place an order using this code, we ask that you please pickup your order from our office within 3 business days. Please email us to coordinate a pickup time, as our facility is by appointment only.
