SHIPPING & RETURNS

We hope that you love your order from Shop Anne, but if you aren’t satisfied with an order for any reason, we are happy to process a return. Please see our shipping and returns policy, below.

 

RETURN PROCESS

We accept returns with 10 business days of your delivery date. We require that all items are returned to us in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Please email us at shopanne@annewagoner.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate this process. To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returns. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item or proof of received return delivery.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment that was provided. Upon receiving your return and inspecting its condition, a confirmation email will be sent and a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Unfortunately, original shipping costs can not be refunded.

 

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

All items are eligible for return unless otherwise noted on the product page.

 

GIFTS

If you received a gift from our store, we are happy to make an exchange. Unfortunately, we have to refund the customer who purchased the item and so they will be informed of the exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded and are not able to be credited.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS

Please contact us at shopanne@annewagoner.com with a photo of the damaged item and/or damaged packaging. We’ll work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure that your package is delivered. All inquiries related to a lost package must be directed to the carrier.

 

TAX

We collect sales tax where required by federal and state laws. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and can be found on your order summary.

 

SHIPPING

We value every purchase and do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. To guarantee that an item reaches you when expected, please note that all orders take 2-3 business days to process, excluding weekends and national holidays. Expedited shipping may not ship out the same day your order was placed.
